HamSpace.club the Social Media Alternative for licensed Ham Radio Operators, Friends and Family Members of Hams, people who are not Hams but have interest in the Ham Radio Hobby, CBers who are wanting to get their Ham License, SWL (Short Wave Listeners) and the General Public who enjoy text chat and hanging out with friends.
HamSpace is back. HamSpace.me was built in March 2023 by our friend Sam, KI6DTC, who is now a Silent Key. A group of his friends brought it back as HamSpace.club so the community he started can keep going. In memory of Sam, KI6DTC.
So what can you do on HamSpace?
HamSpace is your own personal space to hang out, have fun, make new friends and stay in contact with old friends. Members can create fun profiles, send private Notes to other members, post scheduled events or any other Ham or non Ham related information on the Schedule page, and of course hang out in the live text chat.
Live Text Chat as a Guest.
1 chatting right now.
It is simple and free to sign up as a member and use all the member features but if you just want to live text chat as a guest, you can click on the blue Chat image. Hang out and have fun text chatting with other Guests and Members. Guests will have a unique generated guest name and are able to change their default Alien avatar head to a Man or Girl by clicking their avatar head. Logged in Members will show the name they created in their profile.
Mumble Live Voice Chat.
HamSpace had its own Mumble voice server with rooms for the HHH Net, OMISS Net, 3905 Century Club Net and the HamSpace Private Room. A new HamSpace Mumble server is in the works - watch the Schedule page for when it is ready.
The UFO Fighter Game.
Save the Earth from a Flying Saucer UFO Invasion! The game and its Top 200 Leaderboard are being rebuilt.
Latest Ham and other Member Information.
See the Schedule page to view Ham Radio information, net times and the latest news posted by HamSpace Members - including the posts saved from the original HamSpace.me.
Nets, Netlogger and HamSpace.
Lets face it, some things just can't be said in Netlogger's AIM nor do you want to take up a Net's Business with funny texts or trying to exchange any private, personal information with your Best Net Friends or Net Administrators. HamSpace has built in private Notes and the HamSpace Chat makes a fun and entertaining Companion to Netlogger.
